At Sridha Silk, we take every measure to ensure that your order is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and delivered with care, bringing the grace of timeless weaves directly to you.

The following information outlines our shipping process and delivery guidelines.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Orders within India are shipped through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is 10 business days from the date of order.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email.

 

International Shipping

We ship tradition across the globe.

International orders are shipped through trusted international courier partners.

 Estimated delivery time is 15 business days from the date of order, subject to customs clearance and courier timelines.

• We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

 • Shipping charges apply to all international orders. Additional charges may apply for oversized shipments based on weight and quantity.

We will fulfil all international orders from our end. However, the recipient will be responsible for complying with the import regulations of the destination country, including the payment of any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other applicable local charges. These charges, if applicable, are over and above the order value and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
 
Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. You can track the status of your shipment using these details.

 

Delivery Information

 At Sridha Silk, every saree carries more than fabric—it carries tradition, woven with care and waiting to become a part of your story.

All orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Kindly ensure that your address, ZIP/postal code, and mobile number are accurate for a smooth delivery experience.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or redirected to any address other than the one provided at checkout.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to payment authorization processes.
Each Sridha Silk creation is carefully prepared and then handed over to entrusted delivery partners. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by them.
Any delays due to courier services or postal authorities are beyond our responsibility.
Final shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the product, packaging requirements, and delivery destination, and will be reflected at checkout.
Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.

 

Non-Delivery

The delivery partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the shipment is returned to us due to the recipient's unavailability, we will be unable to process a refund, exchange, re-shipment, or store credit for the order.

We kindly request customers to ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address provided.
