Before requesting a return, exchange, or refund, we invite you to understand the nature of our products.
Given the artisanal and often customized nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or refunds can only be considered if:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any other circumstances. Customers are requested to carefully review product details, colours, quantities, and customization requirements before placing an order.
Given the handcrafted nature of our products, Sridha Silk reserves the right to review each request and determine the appropriate resolution.
To facilitate the review of any return, exchange, or replacement request, an unedited unboxing video of the parcel is required. The video must clearly capture the opening of the package and the reported issue.
In the unlikely event that a returned product does not meet our quality standards upon inspection, the item will be re-shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note that in such cases, the product will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

How to Request a Return?
If your parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, we recommend not accepting the delivery. Please contact us immediately via email.

Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected
You may choose refund to the original debit/credit card
Return shipping charges and applicable stocking fees are the customer’s responsibility

Exchanges will only be considered if:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
